Check with a Hospice agency. Medicare pays for clients Depends. Sometimes after passing the family will donate what is left. I worked with Visiting Nurses and we were always getting Depends donated.

If you are asking if this particular site supplies briefs the answer is no.
If you are having problems obtaining incontinence supplies there are places where you might get them
Many communities have "Diaper Banks" they also include adult incontinence products.
If the person you are caring for is a Veteran you can check with the VA
If the person you are caring for is eligible for Hospice often Hospice will provide them as well as gloves, creams and ointments as well.
Often Food Banks will also have incontinence supplies
