My father made one of my sisters power of attorney. The problems I am having, she is not doing everything according to his wishes after he died. Is there anything I can do about her wrongs?

If no Will, you can go to probate and become an Administrator. You can then handle Dads estate. The courts will determine how the estate will be split.

PoA authority ends the moment the person passes away. Then the executor of the will takes over. Who is that person? If no will then the estate goes into probate (but check with the laws in your state to see what the exact process is, it can be different from state to state).
