I'm having trouble finding an attorney that will travel to my mom who is in a facility. She lives in Fayette County, PA. Anyone have recommendations?

You might be able to get a paralegal to do it, or even print one off the internet and get a notary public to come to her.

Find a CELA (Certified elder law attorney) in your Mom's area.
Lawyers in that specialty are familiar with going to the client.

OR

NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law attorneys).

OR

Free to low income: Call your Senior Center who may have a program through the Area Agencies on Aging.

OR

AARP

Thank u guys. Her cousin is a lawyer, I guess a good one and mom wants one out of town. I already talked to one and he must know her cause after we said her name he cut us off and got off the phone. That was 3 days ago and everyday since then mom says all glk8nds of people have came and saw her checking her over and asking questions. We think to see if she is competent
