My house in the trust now hat he is in a nursing home I want sell it.

If the house is in your name in the trust, you don't need a copy of the will to sell it. If it's YOUR house, it must be YOUR trust. If it's dad's house, and he put it in trust for you as contingent beneficiary (a land trust), you can't sell it. It belongs to him until he dies.

This is assuming it's not a VERY unusual trust.

Do you have Power Of Attorney? If not who does? You could talk to the attorney who drew up the will and see what other options you have.
