Find Care & Housing
Sorry I do not. My Mom soaks through depends every night also. Use a washable pad beneath her as well as a mattress protector. To avoid skin breakdown a barrier cream should also be used. Best of luck.

Look online at any continence care site, and you should be able to sort products according to their liquid capacity.

How long is your mother spending in bed overnight?

Besides the night-time Depend, what else are you using?

This might sound like a stupid question, apologies, but what exactly is the problem? - are you worried about skin breakdown or just tedious quantities of laundry?

There are very good reasons for double-padding being banned in health and social care guidelines, the first two being:

1. Each product will prevent the other from working as it is designed to.
2. Each product will prevent the other from fitting the person properly, so that the extra seams and bulk of fabric will rub against and could damage vulnerable skin.

In addition, the usual aim of double padding is to reduce the frequency of changes - that is, the person can be left in a wet pad for longer without leaks. Bad practice.

Don't do it.

You can buy booster pads for the Depends which are liner type things to go inside and absorb more urine.

Then you buy disposable chucks; huge underpads for the bed which will absorb a gallon of urine; once they do, you chuck them OUT.

Good luck!
