Everytime I think about things that need to be done for my grandmother I go back into a depressive state of mind and start with my stupid nervous eating again.. im also getting random pains again like headaches and whatnot. I dont want to have to up my therapy sessions.

Im power of attorney for my grandmother, but i dont want to make these decisions anymore... my grandma needs a retirement home and nobody can afford it, i cant understand this Medicaid application and my grandma isnt in the right mind to help me answer these questions... i dunt even care about these questions..

Can i hire someone else to do this? A court appointed something-or-other??? I dont care about my grandma's finances.. she has no asset!! Im just done with this paperwork.. long story short.

You should give up your POA and let someone else do it.

Right. However, with nobody else capable cant i just have the court take over and figure out how to have her be in a place that can take care of her?

My question is- what should I expect from giving up my PoA? How do I just give it up?
