Look up on google in your area a Licensed Fiduciary. You can also call Trust and Estate Lawyers as they often have a list of folks used when appointed by courts to this duty. About three years ago the going rate was about 90.00 an hour. Once all is set up for them to do this (That's the hard part) it goes quickly and easily, with most entities taking payments directly through the checking account. These folks are not the investment type folks; they are licensed to do this specifically. You can also check at your bank; don't talk to a teller, but to management. They may have recommends. Social Services and Social Workers also sometimes have an answer. This is a legal fiduciary. You want someone accountable under the law. They will have ALL of your friends information and numbers!
