That is going to depend on where you live and her needs assessment, your local agency on aging may be able to help you with this.

Is she on hospice? When my friend was taking care of her younger sister with Down’s syndrome and dementia, hospice volunteers sat with her sister. She was able to schedule a regular weekly visit from volunteers with her hospice provider.

There are assisted living facilities that will allow people to bring family members for a week or two so family members to get away for a vacation. Each facility will have their own rates for their services.

If you Google: Respite care Manhattan Beach, CA, quite a few respite services will come up in your search.
For me, it is $20.00 per hour for in-home respite for 7 contiguous days.
Worth every penny.
