I'm so sorry are experiencing burnout. Can you please us more information so we can know how to better support you?

- who is your Mom's PoA (if anyone)?
- how old is your mom? How old are you? Are you still trying to work outside of caregiving?
- what state do you and your mom live in? (Or country)?
- what type of care do you usually provide and how often?
- what problems is your mom having that requires a higher level of care?
- does your mom have dementia or alz?
- are you experiencing pressures from siblings/family to continue to participate in your mom's care?
