Hopefully GA has info u need.

We have a private Community here and the 90% I think is for when they end up in the NH. So, if Mom was in Nursing care, that 90% could be gone or almost gone. Especially if she is on Medicaid now.

My GFs Aunt was in a community and GFs Mom was Aunts POA and paid the bill for IL. The Aunt had a stroke and was transferred to the Skilled Nursing section. Don't think she was there a month when she passed. The Community tried to bill GFs mom. She came back and told them that was what the 90% was for and that they needed to refund that, minus the days in Skilled Nursing, to the Aunts Estate because she was now Executor.

I think I know which Erickson home is involved but to protect you, I'm P'Ming you.  You really don't want to discuss something like this in specifics on an openly public forum.

But generally, the contract should provide a timeline by which refunds should be made.  Have all the conditions been satisfied?   Has any communication been received from either the local facility or the HQ?

Check your PMs.  I just provided some info for you.
