From your profile: I am caring for my husband with age-related decline, alzheimer's / dementia, incontinence, mobility problems, and sleep disorder.

Dementia is related to incontinence and the inability to recognize when it's time to take a break from a game to use the toilet. Time for Depends, at least while gaming.

He is on that ELO grind. Man is a true gamer. That said it probably is as cwillie mentioned.

I saw your response to cwille.

He is wearing Depends but apparently isn’t changing them.
Does he change them himself or do you?

Are you his primary caregiver? Do you have any outside help? Have you considered placement in a facility?

How are you holding up as his wife? Caregiving takes a toll on us after awhile. Please know that sometimes outside help is needed.

Best wishes to you and your husband.
