So sorry to hear your Mom died, mine died too last month, it's very hard. Do you want to legally own her home? you might have to ask for legal help with that or if your grandma is able ask her what she wants you to do, or the person in charge of her finances.

My deepest sympathies and condolences on the passing of your mom. I'm very sorry for your loss. It sounds like your mother and father were going to bring your grandmother home to care for her. And now since your mom has passed, your family expects you to bring your grandmother home to care for.

You are grieving the loss of your mother. It is too soon to take on your grandmother's care if that is the case. Are you able to consult with a social worker? Or the seniors department in your community and see what options are available to your grandmother. She might have to consider assisted living or a nursing home. This might be the best option given you are grieving the loss of your mother.
