Even the court office said she did it. She refused our mother medication a bed at home, took her money and land. It's been in court case for over 16 months just so we could be able to take here out to dinner had to have 2 judges due to fact she lied to get land everything is in the records and I have paid over 15000.00 in legal fee on this. We need help

we started seeing problems in 2014 with money and mother not being herself ask state to do something did not happen then in Jan 2016 on the 27th I get call from state to get a lawyer so mother can have medication as dr. fired my mother as a patient due to sister not letting her have medication my mother memory was affected mom never put her on anything she took it over medicated mom on insulin so mom did not know what was going on have to have Md state police go in to check on her several times cause sister would not let us see her or talk to her without her there in the room sister moved in on her 18 years ago and lied to s.s. office as to where she was living even s.s office knows and won't do anything this is the problem with our systems they protect the greedy and not the elderly thanks u.s.goverment for my mother h*ll she lives in

If there is a court order than the official needs to arrest her. The judge should have issued a warrent. If he did and his order is not being carried out, then ur lawyer needs to go back to that judge.

Happy, is the court case closed or still pending?

Your profile says you are caring for someone in a nursing home, is that person your Mother, or someone else?

Was your sister on joint accounts with your Mother? Was your sister the Power of Attorney for your Mom? Does your Mom have any type of memory problems, if yes, was it noticeable back when your sister allegedly took the money? How did your sister take your Mother's land? I am surprised you have paid over $15k to charge your sister with elder abuse, is there more to this issue?
